Customer service did help me out in the end, so I’ll give them credit for that. But wow, the replies took a while. I was practically aging in real time waiting to hear back. Once they finally responded, they were nice and got things sorted, but the delay was definitely a bit much

I ordered a couple of shirts from Pacsun the shipping felt insanely fast. I was expecting to wait forever, but my package showed up in about 4 days, which made me weirdly excited. The tracking updated normally too, so I wasn’t sitting there spiraling and wondering where my stuff was. My main frustration is that sizes sell out so fast, and half the time the promo code I’m excited to use doesn’t apply to the stuff I actually want. Shipping was fine, nothing crazy fast. I still like the brand, but I’m definitely more picky now and usually wait for the right deal before ordering.

I usually end up finding something cute on Pacsun, mostly jeans and chill tops. Their styles feel like stuff I’d actually wear, not super plain but not too extra either. Site is easy to look around on too. It’s def one of my go-to places when I need new clothes.
